We want you to love every item you purchase from The Limitless Love Project because pleasure and self-love should never come with regrets.

Physical Products (Toys, Lingerie, Accessories):

  • No returns or refunds on opened/used items for hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged or defective? Contact us within 7 days we’ll replace or issue store credit.
  • Warranty 30-day limited warranty on manufacturer defects (excludes normal wear, misuse, opened hygiene items, or improper use — e.g., toys must only be charged with the included chargers, stored in our toy tote, and cleaned with our store-purchased cleanser).
  • Digital Products (Guides, eBooks, Downloads) Non-refundable. Technical issues? Contact us, we’ll make sure you get your files.

Please choose carefully, as we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or the refund — no stress.
